We have been party to many interesting projects. Some examples are given below:

Ecco Shoes, Denmark A multinational joint global project based in Denmark. 2410 Consulting were involved in initial training, blueprinting and the implementation of a new business model and logistics processes for the global organisation. This was an implementation of SAP ECC 6.0 with AFS industry solution

TetleyA large SAP Logistics Execution implementation into an existing SAP ECC 5.0 landscape. This project included the challenge of remodelling all logistics, production, procurement and sales processes to integrate with SAP LE/WM.

Westland HelicoptersAn SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) implementation for Westland Helicopters limited. This involved implementation of a customs bonded warehouse, IPR and OPR customs regimes. The project also included compliance checking, export/import license controls and BW.
